•Appointment Information & Policies• I will send you the appointment address within 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not receive it, please don’t hesitate to reach out. • Deposits - A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all full sets and any service over $100. This ensures smooth scheduling and allows me to provide the highest quality service for all clients. • Cancellation & Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the link provided in your confirmation or contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service. To avoid this fee, please make changes through my website at least 24 hours in advance. • Arriving Late - Arriving late may reduce your appointment time and could result in a 50% service charge if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Please plan to arrive on time, as even a few minutes can make a difference. • No-Shows - Missing your appointment without notification is considered a no-show. Each client receives reminder texts and/or emails prior to their appointment. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time and have not contacted me, you will be charged 50% of your service and will need to reschedule. • Communication - I understand that unexpected events can occur. If you have a valid reason for a short-notice cancellation, please communicate with me directly. Repeated short-notice cancellations without valid reasons may not be accommodated. I am always willing to work with you—open communication is key! • Please Note: Card information is securely stored in the system to protect against no-shows, late cancellations, and reschedules.
